Who we are

Blixi is made by Blixi, a business based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@blixi.me.

Using Blixi

You need to be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make an account. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Your photos

Only upload photos that you have the right to use. That means:

• photos of yourself, or of people who've said yes
• no photos of children unless you're their parent or guardian
• nothing unlawful, hateful, sexual or that you know would upset the person in it

We may remove a photo or figure, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

Your figure

Your photo stays yours. You give us permission to use it, and the figure made from it, to make and show you your figure and to run Blixi. We won't use them in our own marketing without asking you first. How we handle your photo is explained in our privacy notice.

Each figure is designed from your photo, so it's a likeness rather than an exact copy, and no two come out quite the same.

“I want this”

Tapping “I want this” puts your name down for a real, hand-painted figure. It isn't an order and you won't be charged. We'll be in touch when we can make it, and the price and delivery will be set out before you pay anything.

Changes and availability

We're a small workshop and Blixi is still growing. We may change or pause parts of the site, and we may update these terms. If a change is important we'll let you know by email.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to make Blixi work well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Blixi at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@blixi.me.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
